Here's a couple of really cool FREE websites to check out for the kids.
E-mail Santa and get an immediate response. For a sample, see what my little one wrote and the response here. This was really impressive. The response was specific to the items he asked for instead of being just a generic letter. There is also a link you print the letter out so your child can show their friends or you can scrapbook it. I liked the site so much I even did one myself. Shhh . . . don't tell anyone. And the response for mine was a letter to a grown up and not the same one that my son received. How cool is that. You can also track Santa on the site on Christmas eve.
Call Santa. You have to register for this one and then they send and activation link. After you activate it, they send you the phone number and your special code as well as an e-mail to the child inviting them to call Santa. Once you enter your special code, there is a recorded message from Santa. After that the kids have the opportunity to leave a wish list for Santa which is recorded and then sent to your e-mail address. This was really cool, although I would have liked to have had the portion of Santa's message recorded with the wish list. You can have as many kids call in with the same code that you want and they are all e-mailed to your account. You can also set it up so you can have the wish list e-mail/recording sent to others (grandparents, aunts and uncles, etc. . .)
